If you're out and about in the online sewing community then you might have heard about the Linden Swap hosted by Oh She Dabbles and We The Sewing. It's kind of a share the love Valentine's Day thing for sewists. Pretty cool right? The Linden Sweatshirt is an amazing, simple and very wearable pattern by Grainline Studio. I was thrilled when Kelli from True Bias asked me to swap a one with her. (UPDATE: Check out the one I made for her here.) I totally love the sweatshirt that she made for me. The body is in white with black quilting stitches and a contrast solid black sleeves and binding. It's so cozy and beautiful. Thank you Kelli!!
If it wasn't blazing hot in LA right now, I would totally be wearing this all day. For now, I'm balancing it out with shorts and keeping it handy for the cooler nighttime hours. BTW, I really love how this outfit came together. Now I just need someone to invite me out on their boat and I will be right at home. Be sure to check out some of the other amazing Lindens folks have been swapping here.
