Selfish Sewing Week is in full swing and today I'm sharing a post on the Indie Sew blog. Today's theme is Fall Dresses and I made the Inari Tee Dress by Named Patterns in a gorgeous charcoal grey silk. Living in LA, I like to wear easy fitting pieces that can be worn in warm weather or layered if it's cool. For a more luxurious, fancy-pants fell, I added a lining to this dress. Head over to the Indie Sew blog to get all the details.
P.S. You might have noticed that this is part of my Fall Sewing Plans. I also made a wearable muslin in a charcoal linen. I love the muslin but the fabric feels itchy. I'm hoping that a few good washings will alleviate the scratchiness. And then maybe at some point, I'll get it up on the blog too.
Disclosure: I received this pattern for free but all thoughts and opinions are solely my own.
