Hi sew-friends! Today, I’m sharing how to sew tie shoulder straps on a dress, jumpsuit or top. This is a really fun and easy pattern hack that’s also perfect for the summer season. These shoulder straps are fully adjustable and depending on the fit of the garment, can even be used to when you’re taking it on and off. It even includes a free pattern for the shoulder tie and is a great way to add shoulder ties to a garment that you’ve already made.

Lela Skirt Sewalong - How to Sew a Curved Hem
Today we will be sharing our tips for how to sew a narrow curved hem. We will be sewing View A of the Lela Skirt pattern but this method can also be used for View B. The curve of the Lela Skirt hem was designed in such a way that it is possible to turn the hem twice to the wrong side and does not require a facing or bias facing.
