DIY Curved Hem Chambray Skirt

I've been seeing a lot of casual curved hem skirts lately and, of course, that makes me want to make one for myself. The hem is very similar to one of the hems featured in my Lou Box Top pattern so I used that as the basis for this skirt. The sizing needs a little work but I mostly like how this turned out.

All I did to make the skirt was take the front and back hem pieces for the curved hems and extend them to skirt length. Then I made a waistband, inserted elastic, a drawstring and stitched it all down.

I do love the look of this skirt although I think it's a little too loose on me. I love the hem, especially having it lower in back than front. I may not get a lot of wear out of this but it was great practice and I think I'll try to perfect this pattern and do a tutorial. Would any of you lovely sewists be interested in a tutorial for a skirt like this?
